Our Story

Expert Window Cleaning, LLC is the premier commercial and residential window cleaning service for the New River Valley. Founded in 1978, windows have been our family business and bread and butter for almost 40 years. This has provided us with just enough time to whet our skills and become masters of our craft.

Paul

The Shoulders We Stand On

From humble beginnings some 50 years ago, Paul founded this skilled trade in our family, which continues to support us to this very day. He is missed dearly and appreciated with the wholeness of our hearts.

Elisabeth

Contract Mastermind

Elisabeth lives in the chest cavities of both Paul and Joe, commonly where the human heart would expect to be found. From her vantage point she subtly influences every choice they make. She also develops and manages our contracts.

Squeegee Wrangler

Our resident wild-man! Need someone to roadtrip with? Let him finish your service, then flip a coin for who buys snacks first before gassing up the vehicle and burning rubber.

Rachel

Office Wrangler

Rachel is a born-and-raised NRV local, which means she didn’t just become a pillar of the community — she basically is the community. Chances are she already knows your name, your mom’s name, and what you ordered at dinner last Tuesday. When you call our team for support, you’ll be thrilled to hear her friendly voice. And if you’re from the NRV? She probably already knows it’s you.
